Shipping Policy

HOWARD offers complimentary FedEx or Purolator shipping for orders over $500. Your full name, valid street address and contact information is required to ship your purchase. For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate of $30 will be charged.

Exclusively, shipping for The Pearl of Hope Bracelet is $5 or Free with In-Store Pickup. Shipped via Canada Post without a tracking number.

All shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The client is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

 

DELIVERY IN CANADA AND THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Merchandise will be delivered via FedEx or Purolator and you may request express delivery. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days*.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE CANADA AND THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Additional shipping charges may apply. A HOWARD representative will contact you to discuss shipping options and charges.
