With custom jewellery design you can repurpose and reuse your unworn heirlooms and old favourites. Upcycling is not a new practice to the jewellery world, and we are proud to be able to offer this option to our clients! Creating a more modern and wearable version of the existing design for pieces that hold sentimental value is the best way to breathe new life into your jewellery. From small updates to a completely new design, we can reuse the existing diamonds or coloured gemstones in your piece to pay tribute to the original or take it in a completely different direction. As well as supplement with newly sourced gemstones depending on your chosen design. You also have the option to trade in your old gold or platinum as a credit toward your new piece!

We offer any custom HOWARD design in your choice of 18 karat white, yellow, rose gold, platinum or silver. Because we alloy our own gold in-house, we also offer a unique soft rose gold for those who want a warm hint of rose colour.

Our on-site gemological laboratory is equipped with a full-time GIA accredited gemologist who sources the best value diamonds and precious gemstones on the international market. Since every custom made jewellery piece is one-of-a-kind, the cost will vary based on your chosen design. Please note that when it comes to diamonds and coloured gemstones, each stone is unique and has its own gemological characteristics, therefore pricing will vary. Our team works together to build quotes that respect your price range, while ensuring that overall quality is not compromised.
All of our custom designed jewellery is handcrafted on-site and made to order. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity, to complete a custom design once the quote is approved and deposit has been submitted. However, if you have an urgent timeline, we are flexible and do our best to accommodate rush requests!

In-Store: Book your consultation to meet with one of our experts at our store in downtown Ottawa. In-store, our design experts and you will have access to our Master Goldsmiths and our GIA Accredited Gemologists. Our collaborative, hands-on environment offers a unique and valued experience. We offer complimentary parking and welcome you to bring anything that has inspired you for your custom designed piece.
Virtual: Our goal is to make custom design easy, even from the comfort of your own home! To start your virtual consultation experience we will begin with a phone call or email to learn about your dream piece. From there, we will gather all of the required information to provide you with a customized video virtual experience where we can show you samples of how we can achieve your vision.
