In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange or Credit Note:

  • You may return your in-store purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact.

HOWARD reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. Items purchased through our e-commerce website CANNOT be returned to our retail location without authorization by our returns team.

Conditions:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • To arrange an exchange or credit note for your in-store purchase by mail, please contact your original sales associate who will be able to assist.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Engraved, sized, custom, and special-order products.
  • Adjusted watch bracelets.
  • Sale or otherwise stated Final Sale items.
