Return & Exchange

Online Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may return your online purchase from HOWARD.ca to HOWARD Fine Jewellers for full Refund, Credit Note or Exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Should you wish to return your online purchase for a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange, please contact us by email at christine@howard.ca to make the arrangements within 7 days of delivery. A HOWARD consultant will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be noted on the Return Form given to you. If there is no Return Authorization Number the package will not be accepted and will be returned.

  • You are also welcome to visit HOWARD Fine Jewellers in person to return your item for a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange but ONLY with a Return Authorization Number and completed Return Form.

  • Please note no refunds will be issued in person. Refunds are completely separate from the in store experience.

  • In order to be eligible to Exchange your item, receive a Credit Note or Refund you must return your HOWARD item in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Any question of condition remains at the sole discretion of management.

  • HOWARD will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, damaged or altered from its original condition in any way.

  • Please send back your item via the courier of your choice. Shipping related costs for returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.

  • If the items are damaged in transit to HOWARD the items will not be returned for a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange.

  • Engraved, Sized, Custom and Special Order HOWARD products cannot be returned for a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange.

  • Watch bracelets that have been adjusted cannot be returned for a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange.


In-Store Return & Exchange Policy:

  • You may return your in store purchase from HOWARD Fine Jewellers within 14 days of receipt, for Exchange or Credit Note only. No refunds will be issued for in store purchases.

  • In order to be eligible to Exchange your item or receive an in-store Credit Note, you must return your HOWARD item in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all the original packaging. Any question of condition remains at the sole discretion of management.
