Quality and excellence is the cornerstone of our business at HOWARD. We pride ourselves in operating a jewellery store that reflects the passion of our family for providing the highest quality of customer service and for carrying spectacular jewellery collections that are meant to celebrate every important milestone in life.
HOWARD recognizes that sometimes, that item you have picked may not be the best choice for you or your love one. Any items purchased at HOWARD, in store or online, may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale, please note of the following:
• You may return your creation to HOWARD Fine Jewellers within 30 days of receipt, for exchange only.
• You are also welcome to visit HOWARD Fine Jewellers to return your creation for exchange or boutique merchandise credit. No refunds will be issued.
• In order to be eligible to exchange your item or get an in-store credit, you must return your HOWARD creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.
• HOWARD will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway.
• Should you wish to exchange by mail, please contact us by phone at (613) 238-3300 to make arrangements. A HOWARD consultant will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be noted on the Return Form included in the original shipment.
• Please send back your item via the provided pre-paid Fedex shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
• Engraved HOWARD products cannot be returned to HOWARD for exchange.
• Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
• Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
• If the items are damaged in transit to HOWARD due to insufficient packaging the items will not be accepted exchange.
