Complimentary Services
Check, Clean, and Polish
You are welcome to visit us in-store anytime for a check and clean of your HOWARD jewellery. As part of our exemplary customer service, we offer an annual complimentary polish, forever.
FIRST RING SIZING
For surprise ring purchases, we offer a complimentary first sizing within three months to ensure a perfect fit. Some exceptions may apply.
Warranty on Manufacturing Defects
Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, negligence, scratches, discolouration, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost or cracked stones, or lost/stolen pieces.
Any repair or service performed by a jeweller other than HOWARD Fine Jewellers will void the warranty.
Claims
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please email support@howard.ca so that you may send it back
to us for inspection. We may be able to repair or replace your jewellery, as deemed appropriate and in alignment with this policy.
