In-Store Pickup Policy
At HOWARD, select products are available for purchase online and complimentary in-store pick up at our location.
- Once you’ve selected the product of your interest and added it to your cart please proceed to the checkout page.
- Add your contact information as requested.
- Below the contact information bar, you will be provided with two options under the delivery method section. Please select pick up.
- Proceed to payment and purchase.
- Once purchased you will receive email confirmation. Our team has now received your order and are preparing it for pick up.
- Pick up orders are available for pick up within 24 hours of order placement. This time period excludes days in which the store is closed. Our customer service team will contact you with any and all updates pertaining to your order should it affect your pick up time.
- You will receive a ‘Ready For Pick Up’ confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up.
NOTE: Depending on your proximity to our store location, you may not have the option to pick up in store. Under these circumstances please contact our customer service team at email@example.com for more information and further assistance.
- Once you receive your pick up confirmation email, please stop by our store location at your earliest convenience.
- Please bring the email confirmation and a piece of government issued photo identification in order to receive your order.
- Once cleared, our team will present you with your purchase.
- Purchases are to be picked up within a 7 day period once the pick up email is sent. After the 7 day period if your piece has not been picked up our team will contact you with a reminder email.
- If no communication is received from the customer 7 days after the reminder email is sent, the order will be held for an additional 21 days. After the 21 day period has passed your order will no longer be eligible for return or exchange. After this 21 day period, your order will then be held for up to one year. On the first day after the one year period a monthly storage fee will be imposed at 5% of the order value before tax. You as the customer will be required to cover the accumulated monthly fee should you wish to receive your order.
- Should you require special consideration for pickup outside of these parameters please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Special consideration is subject to management approval in writing.
NOTE: For security purposes, pick up is limited to the client whose payment information is approved and related to the specific online purchase. You as the client will be required to present the confirmation email as well as a current piece of government issued photo identification that matches your name to the online purchase in order to collect the purchase.
